Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the https://ai-team.io website and the ordering of AI-TEAM services. Detailed commercial terms for each engagement are set in the individual pilot or service agreement.

Services

AI-TEAM provides AI-manager seats (software agents) configured for the client's systems and channels. Engagements normally start with a paid pilot in shadow mode before any autonomous operation.

Pricing & billing

Seats are billed per month as published on the pricing section or as agreed in the service agreement. Setup fees are billed separately. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Client responsibilities

The client warrants it may lawfully connect the systems and data it provides, and remains responsible for decisions taken on the basis of agent output where a human-in-the-loop step is configured.

Liability

Services are provided with commercially reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months. Specific SLAs are defined in enterprise agreements.
