This policy explains what data AI-TEAM ("we") processes when you visit https://ai-team.io and when you contact us.

Website visitors

This site is a static website. It does not set accounts, does not use advertising trackers and does not sell data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and clicks in aggregate (no personal profiles).

When you contact us

If you write to us on Telegram or by email, we receive the contact details and content you send. We use them only to reply and to run your pilot. We do not add you to mailing lists without asking.

Client data in pilots and production

AI managers run on the client's data inside the client's perimeter. Client conversation data is isolated per account, is not used to train shared models, and can be self-hosted so it never leaves the client's infrastructure. Full audit logs are available to the client.

Retention & requests

We keep correspondence as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations. To access or delete your data, contact hello@ai-team.io.
